Since its establishment in 1985, Xixia County Internal Combustion Engine Intake and Exhaust Pipe Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to manufacturing auto parts. Through continuous technological innovation, the company has developed the capability to design and produce engine exhaust pipes made of high-strength ductile iron, vermicular graphite iron, high-nickel alloy, high-silicon molybdenum alloy, heat-resistant cast steel, and stainless steel, as well as a series of products like axle housings, turbocharger housings, three-way catalytic converters, and water pumps. Using import substitution as a breakthrough, the company has developed over 3,000 new products covering the full range of heavy, medium, light, sedan, and mini vehicles, as well as ships and military applications. It has partnered with over 100 domestic and international clients, including FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC Group, Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën (Shenlong), BAIC, Great Wall, Weichai, Yuchai, Cummins, Faurecia, PSA, Fiat, and Deutz. Its exhaust pipe products rank first in domestic market share in the industry. In 2016, the company sold 7.168 million units of various products, achieving main business revenue of 886 million yuan, up 13.3% and 18.8% year-on-year respectively, with total revenue of 960 million yuan, a 15.66% increase year-on-year, and paid taxes of 68 million yuan, up 1.7% from the previous year.

The company has been continuously awarded titles like "Excellent Supplier," "Core Supplier," "Best Quality Award," and "New Product Development Award" by its clients and has repeatedly been named one of the "Top 100 Automotive Parts Suppliers Nationwide." It was awarded the title "China Internal Combustion Engine Intake and Exhaust Manifold Production and Development Base" by the China Foundry Association, listed among the top 100 comprehensive enterprises in the Chinese casting industry, recognized as a "National Enterprise Observing Contracts and Valuing Credit" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and received a "Postdoctoral Research Workstation" recognition from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The "Jinpai" trademark was recognized as a "Well-Known Trademark of China." The company has led the formulation of 4 national and industry casting standards and participated in drafting 32 national and industry standards; it has obtained 54 national patents, including 6 invention patents, received 5 national new product awards, 2 provincial science and technology progress awards, over 30 provincial high-tech product awards and provincial-ministerial level scientific achievement awards; and 2 research projects were selected for the National Torch Program.
